At Filaments, we want to ensure your electronic components and hardware meet your project specifications. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the component's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
